This session is like pressing the reset button on your nervous system. Together we’ll use somatic practices like breathwork, grounding, EFT tapping, and mindful movement to help you release emotional heaviness and reconnect with your body. You’ll walk away feeling more spacious, centered, and empowered, with a personalized PDF of integration tools to support you afterward.
During this time, I may ask: Where in your body do you feel the weight of stress or trauma? and What would it feel like to let your body breathe again? These reflections often lead clients to notice the quiet places inside them that long to be released. Even one session can shift patterns of overwhelm and create a new sense of calm and clarity.
I offer this work because I’ve lived through the chaos of feeling trapped in my body’s stress responses tight chest, racing thoughts, sleepless nights. Learning how to regulate my nervous system changed everything. That’s why I share these practices: because they helped me reclaim safety in my own body, and I know they can help you too.
