Across four sessions, we’ll focus on nervous system education, somatic practices, and journaling tools to help you feel more anchored and grounded. You’ll also receive a workbook to continue your healing between sessions, plus WhatsApp support so you’re never walking alone.
I’ll guide you through questions like: What does feeling safe in your body mean to you? and How would your daily life change if you felt more grounded and less reactive? These insights open the door to self-trust, which we’ll strengthen with exercises tailored to your needs. Clients often start noticing their triggers lessening and their capacity to handle stress improving.
